Step 1 | Gather Info.
In this step we get you to complete the form below, where we ask about your travel plans, previous travel history and immunisations, medical history.
We advise that you complete this 4-6 weeks before travel is to commence (or as soon as possible, if less time is available).
Step 2 | Review.
Our team will review the information you provided, alongside your medical history and travel advisories.
Step 3 | Advice.
We will contact you within 2-4 business days to advise you of the recommended treatment plans, medications and vaccinations.
If you chose to progress with the vaccinations and medications will will arrange a further appointment for this.
Step 4 | Treatment.
You will be invited in for an appointment where we will administer vaccinations and arrange the necessary medications.
We will provide you with any necessary documentation, if required – i.e. medication list and signed letter.
The fee for service is $65.00.
This does not include the cost of vaccinations or medications.
This services is available to registered patients only.
Please note once you have progressed past Step 1 we will commence the following steps and you will be liable for the cost even if you chose not to proceed with suggested treatment.
