Our Diet & Lifestyle Coaching sessions provide tailored guidance to individuals to help them achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

This service is provided by Casey, an Associate Registered Nutritionist.

Diet & Lifestyle Coaching Package.

This package consists of;

  • An Initial Assessment: a 45 minute session to assess your current health and lifestyle.

  • Creation of a Diet & Lifestyle Plan: (usually 2 weeks after initial assessment).

  • A 30 minute session: following creation of the plan, where we discuss the plan in detail with you.

  • Follow up & Review: a 15 minutes session after you've had some time to implement your personalised plan (usually 4-8 weeks). This will give you the opportunity to check in with your nutritionist and assess your progress.

  • If this service is of interest to you please complete the Pre-screen from below. Our team will review the information provided and contact you to arrange the initial assessment.

Additional Follow Up Sessions.

To qualify for these sessions you must have first completed the Diet & Lifestyle Coaching Package.

  • The purpose of these sessions are;

  • Whether you're feeling great and just need a little fine-tuning, or you're facing some hurdles that require adjustments, these session are a supportive check-in to help you stay focused and empowered on your journey to better health.

  • The timing a frequency of the follow up sessions are negotiated between you and your nutritionist.
